Orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. (If your order is placed on Monday it may ship as late as Wednesday) Faster delivery methods are also available at checkout and are calculated based on your shipping address.

Shipping internationally? Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

• Returns Portal: You can start an exchange or return anytime through our Returns Portal. Please take a moment to review our policy details below for the most up-to-date information.

• Outlet Items: Please note that all items purchased from our Outlet are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return Window: If you’d like to return any standard product purchased on Freshy's Online Store, the return period is 10 days from the date of delivery for a full 100% refund of the purchase price. We will only accept unused products for return.

• Late Returns: For returns made after the 10-day period, we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product purchase price) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are strictly not accepted after 30 days.

• Condition: All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products—including worn, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt items—will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original receipt and an explanation for the return.

• Shipping Costs: Freshy does not cover standard return shipping—customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error or a size exchange. We do not accept COD shipments.

• Processing Time: For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect your refund within 14 days of the date we receive the product(s) back.
