Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that shipping time is in addition to fulfilment time.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Your order will typically arrive within a business week within the U.S. However we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you need your order by a specific date, please opt for expedited shipping.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Is shipping free? What about return shipping?

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $250. Return shipping is free. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team first if you’d like to make a return/exchange. *We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Experience.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide but please be aware that we will only charge our international customers for Freshy products & shipping fees. All other fees such as VAT, customs, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Your purchase is an agreement that you will pay any duty fees required to collect your parcel. It is against our policy to issue refunds for refused packages -- these refusals will not be covered by Freshy and are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels may require payment of these fees to clear customs.

How can I track my order?

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to the FRESHY Customer Experience Team at hello@freshyworld.com with your order number. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

How can I cancel my order?
  • Unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We kindly ask that you double-check quantities, addresses, and items before completing the check out.
  • We will only ship to the address provided at check out, and are not responsible for incorrectly entered information. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@freshyworld.com if you’d like to make a return/exchange. *We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Experience.

How much will shipping cost?

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Your return shipping cost will be on us. Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label, worry-free.

How do I qualify for a return?
  • Returns in New Condition
    Shoes must be returned in new condition with original packaging contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, collateral, dustbags, etc.) 
  • Try On Indoors
    Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with noticeable wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Lost or damaged items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hello@freshyworld.com if you have an issue. We will do our best to sort it out quickly!

Does FRESHY run true to size?

FRESHY BRITES fit large for most customers, we suggest ordering half a size smaller than your standard. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we suggest you size down for all styles except our slides.

Will my shoes stretch?

Because suede is a natural material it may stretch a small amount where pressure has been applied.

How do I care for my BRITES?

Knowing how to clean suede is essential to keeping your BRITES in great condition and lasting a lifetime. If you don’t wish to take them to your local shoe repair, check out our tips below to clean your BRITES. 

A SUEDE BRUSH

Investing in a good quality suede brush is one of the most important tools when it comes to cleaning suede shoes effectively. It is excellent for brushing off mud or other light stains. Ensuring your shoes are completely dry, use your suede brush to gently brush away the dirt and grime in small motions with a light hand. If necessary, brush against the nap of the suede but always finish brushing in the direction of the natural grain to maintain its smooth finish.
