Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that shipping time is in addition to fulfilment time.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Your order will typically arrive within a business week within the U.S. However we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you need your order by a specific date, please opt for expedited shipping or contact us at hello@freshyworld.com

International Shipping

We ship worldwide but please be aware that we will only charge our international customers for Freshy products & shipping fees. All other fees such as VAT, customs, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Your purchase is an agreement that you will pay any duty fees required to collect your parcel. It is against our policy to issue refunds for refused packages -- these refusals will not be covered by Freshy and are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels may require payment of these fees to clear customs.

How can I track my order?

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to the FRESHY Customer Experience Team at hello@freshyworld.com with your order number. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

How can I cancel my order?
  • Unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We kindly ask that you double-check quantities, addresses, and items before completing the check out.
  • We will only ship to the address provided at check out, and are not responsible for incorrectly entered information. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
What if I receive the wrong product?

Shipping prices are available by choice at checkout once your shipping address and shipping speed is entered at checkout

Please Explain Return Policy

Return Policy

  • If you’d like to return any product purchased on Freshy's Online Store, the return period is 10 days from the date of delivery. We will only accept unopened and unused products for return.
  • No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact Hello@freshyworld.com with a Subject line of “Online Store Product Return”.
  • All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted. 
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.
  • We will refund 100% of the purchase price for returns that meet the above conditions.
  • For returns after the 10 day period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price) up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the day of purchase.
  • Freshy will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error or size exchange. We will not accept COD shipments.
  • For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.

Does FRESHY run true to size?

FRESHY BRITES fit large for most customers, we suggest ordering half a size smaller than your standard. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we suggest you size down for all styles except our slides.

Will my shoes stretch?

Because suede is a natural material it may stretch a small amount where pressure has been applied.

How do I care for my BRITES?

Knowing how to clean suede is essential to keeping your BRITES in great condition and lasting a lifetime. If you don’t wish to take them to your local shoe repair, check out our tips below to clean your BRITES. 

A SUEDE BRUSH

Investing in a good quality suede brush is one of the most important tools when it comes to cleaning suede shoes effectively. It is excellent for brushing off mud or other light stains. Ensuring your shoes are completely dry, use your suede brush to gently brush away the dirt and grime in small motions with a light hand. If necessary, brush against the nap of the suede but always finish brushing in the direction of the natural grain to maintain its smooth finish.
